Overall a comfortable stay and very friendly reception staff but not very becoming of a 4 star hotel when it comes to food or concierge service.
We were supposed to be able to order anything from the menu till 10 pm but was told the kitchen was closed when we wanted to order some light meals at 9 pm one night and when we ring down for some breakfast, no one answered the phone and so no room service breakfast.
Lots of choice of restaurants nearby.Ī little dissapointed with the Room service. We love the fact that the hotel is located close (within 5-10 minutes) of a couple of Metro and is within walking distance (5-8 minutes) to the shopping precinct - Galleries Lafayette, Printemps. The brochure said we could adjust it ourselves but turns out we have to ring reception to get them to change the temperature for us. We had some problems with the room thermostat. is compact but very clean and comfortable. There was no traditional check in desk, just someone waiting at a desk with a tablet. The check in process was really smooth and efficient. We wanted to stay somewhere Central and make use of our benefits as Accor Advantage plus members.
